19day cycle

does anyone have a 19 day cycle and what does it mean?? we been trying for about over year the period tracker now tracks right b4 it was everywhere but the last 4 months its been right..i google and it says i may not be ovulating..what do u think i should next?? i havent been to the drs yet but i dont have insurance and i kno this may cost me alot of money...anyone have opinions or recommendations??
