I see a lot of women saying they have lost weight recently and I am also trying to loose weight. I wanted to ask what your method is to loosing weight. Not looking for just "exercise and eating healthy" but rather examples of exercises and meals. I am a college student so even some tips and tricks for the cafeteria diet would be great. I am 190 pounds currently and wanting to be 160. I graduate this may and would love to drop a few pounds for the big day.Any advice helps! Let me know what worked for you!
