He pulled away physically today, and turned me down to hang out in favor of a nap. Am I being paranoid?

I wouldn’t read too far into it just yet... If he is tired, that could cause him to be grumpy, and he may have physically pulled away because he’s just not in a lovey-dovey type of mood.... he’s grumpy and needs a nap! I think just give him the space to take his nap and see how things go when he gets up later. If it still seems like something is wrong, just communicate with him. You can let him know that you are sensing that something is off with him and you’re there to talk about it whenever he needs you. Pulling away physically can also be a sign of resentment, so if he wakes up from his nap and still seems like he’s pulling away, I wonder if you have to look at anything in the relationship that could’ve caused resentment for him and try to resolve it further.
