Craving sweets 😩
Does anyone else crave sweets and junk food really bad?! I’ve cheated on my diet several times now and I can’t seem to stop giving in. What can I do to either satisfy my cravings or stop giving in?? I tell myself “it’s fine, your pregnant, you deserve to cheat once in a while” but the problem is that I do it often! My weight is ok, and my numbers are managed with diet/meds, but I’m only 20 weeks and I know it’s going to get worse.
