Feel like a failure

Does anyone else just feel like a complete failure? What's wrong with me that I can't carry a baby to term? The first miscarriage was tough but it was unlikely to happen again... That's how I got through it the first time. Now.. I just don't know what to do. I prayed so hard even before I got pregnant that this baby would be healthy and I would carry it to term.. Guess his answer was loud and clear..
