gaining weight while exercising?
i gained 6 kgs in the last three months. i couldn’t find anything to wear, so i started a gym membership last thursday.
i haven’t met with the trainer because i’m feeling insecure about my weight and body, so i do fast paced - inclined thread-mill walks. i walk to school as well, so 2km everyday to uni. plus my 4-5kms at thread-mill.
i have been dieting as well ( eating healthy, never starving, drinking my water, etc. ) ever since (i know it has been like only four days but still) and during weekend i skipped ( weekends are busy, and i need to work ) but still went on short strolls.
yet today i checked my weight and turns out i’m now 67.6 — i was 66.2 lmao.
is it possible for me to gain weight while walking and dieting? maybe its about my upcoming period? i feel like shit, damn.
