Daily schedule & enrichment activities?

What are some things you are doing with your November baby for development and what does your daily schedule look like? I want to make sure I'm on track and doing what I should for my baby. I haven't been for the 4 month check up yet. Thanks in advance!

Wake up around 4-5am and feed him, 6-7 he's in the car while we take my lil sister to school, 8- we go home to play for a bit and eat then at 9 we are at daycare/work.. he takes about 3maos during the day for about an hour or 30min and he eats every 2hrs and plays most of the day so he sleeps good at night .

Wake around 7-7:30. Eat, play for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Nap. Eat. Play for hour and a half ish, nap. Eat. Play for an hour and a half ish. Cat nap. Eat. Play until bedtime. Maybe one little catnap at 5-5:30 depending on lengths of other naps. Daddy gives bottle at 7:15, read a book, sing a song, and bed!
We always read a book and sing a song before every sleep. I do tummy time for ten minutes every waking period, unless we’re out and about. I’ve started putting him in his bumbo seat. Lots of reading and shaking toys for him to track. He’s also highly entertained by his 2 year old brother. 
I’m way too ocd with schedules so I’ve had to force myself to calm down and realize that he’s a human. He’s not going to sleep exactly one hour for me every nap time. 🤷‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️ I’m getting better at relaxing.

Baby wakes up around 730, gets dressed and has first meal. Goes down for her first nap right afterwards (usually her longest). Feeds again and we play with her rings and rattles.  Sometimes we walk around our home or I’ll take her to the mirror to see the “cute baby.” And then lots of tummy time. Nap again and then repeat the above.  I usually run errands after the 3rd daytime feed so we both get fresh air and she’ll either nap during that time or I’ll put her down when we get home. She gets another meal after that and we start winding down with some music, nursery rhymes, etc. Bath, story, feed and in bed by 730 at the latest.

My LO is 14 weeks (was supposed to be a nov baby) 
I haven’t really got a schedule but a typical day goes like.. 
From waking up he will have a bottle and then will go on his play Gym and kick his legs and arms for a while. Usually after about an hour he starts getting fed up so I freshen him up in to his clean clothes & put him down for a nap. He usually has around an hour and that gives me chance to get myself showered and ready. 
By the time he wakes up I’m usually putting him in his pram to go out and do something. Maybe shopping/coffee with a friend and have a bottle while we’re out and maybe a nap in the pram after. 
When we get home if we’ve been out he will play again. I’ve just from yesterday tried him in his jumperoo. Head control is good so I’ve kept it out and he’s been in for about half an hour today practicing his jumping. It’s amazing seeing him in this. 
Sometimes I will put him on the floor at home and will just chat to him and entertain him rolling him over and attempting some tummy time. He’s slowly staying on his tummy for a little longer maybe a few minutes now. 
As we come in to the evening he does start getting grumpy. He’s teething and naps have become shorter and far apart so he’s getting himself over tired. 
So as teething is happening bed time is not the same every night. Sometimes he wants a nap in the evening. Like this evening it’s 7pm and he’s about 10 minutes in to a long over due nap. When he wakes I will bath him and feed him and put him in his cot to sleep. 
His bed time is varying between 8.30-10pm depending on how his naps and bottles have fallen. 
Things I need to improve on is incorporating more tummy time in to my day definitely. 
And I also do feel like I need an actual routine. An actual time for bed and an actual time for bath
