Heart rate after getting out of bed :/
It was 110 this morning, just getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom. I have an appointment today at 2:30. I’ll mention it. Even now after hydrating myself i feel out of breath and my pulse monitor says 134 just now. I know thats really high. I’ve just been sitting here might call L&D; again. I haven’t been walking been resting all day. I’m 26 weeks and 6 days 😭
