So I went in for a job interview, and as I was talking about my training, it turns out that interviewer and I know a mutual person in the field. Let’s call this mutual person. Susan. Susan has mentored me and trained me. I felt like my interview went ok. I was pretty nervous, but I gave it the best I could. As I walked out of the interview, the interviewer walked me to the elevator and told me, “I know Susan is going to ask. When she asks who was on your panel, tell her that ____ was on your panel.” I told her I would. Is this a good sign?
