I have had a late miscarriage of my baby girl at 18 weeks and then lost my tube in dec but this is finally my rainbow!! So nervous but so excited! Saw the heart beat today and I’m feeling really confident! This is transvaginal measuring 7w2d but my lmp says 6w5d
