so long story short I had a missed miscarriage when I went in for my first ultrasound on Feb 9... did two rounds of misoprostol that didn't work so went in for d&c; on Feb. 21. We resumed relations after two weeks like doctor said and I am currently waiting on AF to come but I am afraid that I might have ovulated during time of intercourse. has this happened to anyone and you became pregnant before first cycle? I am currently feeling crampy tired and moody I have taken 3 tests so far but all negative. Went in for my follow up last week and told doctor she said just wait it out and see and I have a follow up ultrasound next Wednesday.
