Hey, my friend has POTS and I really wish I could send her a little care package(we live far away) and I’ve been reading up on it, but haven’t gotten straight advice from someone with POTS. So far I’m thinking big water bottle, heart rate monitor, shower stool, etc. any ideas would be appreciated, just to lift her spirit and be helpful! Healthy and easy recipes, just things to make her life easier and make her feel special
