Why do I feel like this?

These past two days I’ve had a headache (not as bad today I had slept good last night) and I NEVER get headaches so it was new to me an along with that I have felt mm I wouldn’t say nauseous but sick in that way, idk why all of a sudden I started feeling like this or why my heads been hurting, any tips or remedies I could try?

Headaches are just headaches sometimes. But it might be a sign that your sick of you don't get them that often or maybe allergies. I would say take allergy medicine, but only take it if you think it's going to help. And for the nausea in your stomach, I usually get a warm towel and sit around doing homework but that's just me. Hope this helps.
