Does Your SO let You On Their Phone?

My bf rarely ever lets me on his phone. He goes on mine and I have zero problem w it but when it comes to his phone he doesn’t rlly like me touching it. Sometimes I’ll try to go on it and he won’t give me the password or he’ll move it away from me. Of course ik it’s his phone but we’ve been together half a year so what does it matter? Ah it’s just annoying :/

My bf would never let me touch his phone I have no problem with him going on mine and I know he has nothing to hide he just doesn’t let me go on his phone because he says it’s like a diary and he’s just very protective over it it’s something personal I let him know I trusted him and just the fact that he doesn’t let me even touch it was just so fishy we talked it out and now he lets me I have no interest in going through it I never did just the fact he never let me even touch it threw me off

I could be a rare flower, but yes. He does. And I let him on mine. I guess it’s because we don’t have anything to hide. I’m not saying that every SO who doesn’t let you use their phone is a cheat. Some people just aren’t good with sharing their personal space. Even with a lover.

We don't go through each others phone because we trust each other, but I know his password and he knows mine. Neither of us is bothered by the other person using our phone.

In my experience when they hide their phone they are hiding something. It could just be he thinks you don't trust him and that bothers him but everyone ive been with that hasn't cheated lets me on their phone no matter what it is for.

I'm like you, I let my bf on my phone although he never goes on my phone,  and my bf offers me his login info to all his social media and I dont accept it. I feel like if you're gonna be with someone you should trust them but I also believe you shouldn't have to hide anything if you're not doing anything wrong but some people do value their privacy, and boundaries. but holding the phone away.... oookay. when my bf and I first bwgan dating he'd place his phone face down on his lap and I'll hear notifications going off so I'll discreetly wait for him to check them. he only checked them soon after I got up and walked away it only bothered me bc of the way I found out my ex qas cheating on me. I don't notice my bf doing that anymore though.

Yeah he does. But he knows I just play games or use it to order pizza real quick or something. I’d be annoyed if he was that protective over it to where he wouldn’t let me do those things. We try not to have double standards so if I can do something, it’s equal. He can do it too. He can go on my phone to do the same things.

Same here, I know his password but he doesn’t like me going on his phone but I have snuck around and did it and found nothing he would need to hide so idk why he’s weird about it, personal space I guess.
