Anyone know what this is ?

I recently got this tattoo last Wednesday and I went on vacation to New Jersey and stayed in a hotel. I didn't notice this rash until I got home from New Jersey that night. I do wrap the tattoo at night to sleep with some kind of tattoo cream.. Could I be allergic to the cream of can these be sweat pimples? I'm lost I didn't have anything like this with my other tattoo. Thanks for the help!

I have never wrapped any of my tattoos and they are perfectly fine! I wouldn’t wrap it anymore

No need to wrap it after the first day you get it. Let it breathe. Use a&d; ointment or aquaphor - that’s all you need.

This looks like a heat rash most likely from being wrapped to tight. Try sleeping without the wrapping for a few days and see if it goes away. If you had the tattoo for a week or more you can start to use non scented lotion instead of a cream.

It’s from wrapping it and using too much lotion or what ever your using your tattoo needs air to heal properly I would forsure stop wrapping it it’s only suggested to wrap it the day you get it to stop bacteria from getting In the open wound
