Birth control
Im 13 so obviously im irregular with my period but Im usually about 3 weeks, I get cramps for 3 days before and after, and i get it for a week. My cousin suggested I go on birth control, she says it will help with cramps and my period will be more regular and a less heavy flow. Opinions?
