Help meh! 😣

Alright so I’ve been really busy with school and chores and just normal life things that I haven’t been able to do things that I normally would. I used to have this whole hygiene routine with my body and I’d eat heathy foods and drink 3 fills of my water bottle (40 oz) and I was good. I always smelled good and I had almost no acne at all.

And then life to decided to smack me in the face.

I got really busy and my showers got cut down to like 5 minutes and break fast was an orange and lunch was always iffy if I had it, if I did I ate like a ham sandwich and then dinner was usually pop a frozen pizza in the oven and do some school while it cooks. And then with water I just to drink it throughout.

Well acne is horrible, I’ve been sweating more than usual and I’m...you know...my vagina is starting to stink and have this awful looking discharge and it’s just nasty. Not to mention I’ve gained like 20 pounds. I need some advice on what you think I should do.
