A 40 year old man and a 16 year old child? A 13 year old child, and a 20 year old man? Even if it "consensual" which i personally feel that at 13 it can not be consensual and at 16 with a 40 year old, can not either.

I might be a bit off on this, but I'm pretty sure age of consent only applies for people within 3 or 4 years of the 16 year old. So like a16 year old and a 19 year old. Not positive on the years but a 16 year old and a 40 year old is more than likely not legal.

In Pennsylvania the age of consent is 16 and they can have consensual sex with anyone of any age as long as the other person doesn't have authority over them. I feel like what 40 year old want a be with a 16 year old?!
