To go to my doctor or not..?

So I have suffered for years with unbearable cramps during my period. Lately I have been having irregular periods, I have skipped it for 4 months now but still have the cramping symptoms sometimes with no period. Pain during sex is awful, it is a burning pain during and after sex for a couple days. I can't even bear to have sex anymore. Some days I feell like there is a lot of pressure in ny rectum vagina area. I am always bloaty, like being bloated is my normal, and I am constipated 3/4 of the time, going maybe once a week if I'm lucky. My doctor ignores my symptoms and said it is probably just my birth control, but I have been on it for 2 years now, and this all started before that. My 4 aunts and mom had endometriosis and my mom ended up getting ovarian and fallopian cancer. What do i do?! My doctor is unconcerned.
