How bad are your menstrual cramps?

Just wondering if I'm the only one that gets cramps every month that literally render me bed ridden 🤕😓 none of my girlfriends seem to experience the same

I was in foods class last year and I couldn’t stand up straight. Everyone was looking at me wondering why I was hunched over ready to pass out

before having a baby my cramps were the worst! but after having kids I don't have them anymore. Maybe it's because I know what real pain feels like; for example, pushing a baby out of my vagina...

I don’t get period cramps but when I have to poop I cramp like hell 😂

I'm 8mo pp and they are like being in labor again every month

You probably have endo. Mine come and go, I think I’ve learnt to cope with them the years but say once a year, they’re pretty intense to the point where doctors need to inject me with pain killers.
