So at work they’ve been making us work overtime so much. So let me start from the beginning. I started working at this warehouse September 11th and when they hired me they said that overtime and working Saturdays hardly ever happened. We are supposed to have Saturdays and Sundays off. Well shortly after that we went into peak season well they had us working 12 hrs Monday through Friday plus 8hrs on Saturday. At that time I had a four month old. Well we were supposed to be out of peak season the end of January for a couple weeks we were on a normal schedule but now we are back to working all the overtime cuz I guess we bought a fee more companies and have a lot of product coming in. Well once we are all done with this stuff we will be going right into peak season again!! I’ve missed so much time with my baby!! My husband works at the Same warehouse and it’s hard cuz the company doesn’t care about families. We even have sick time but we can’t use it on overtime and leave early. If we leave early we get wrote up. I’m just so over this. I need encouragement please
