I'm 23, and my bf is 28 , been together for so long (7 years in may )

Just found out in pregnant , but I'm thinking of having a D and C , this would be my third one if I do ... and I'm so confused , he wanted me to keep it at first , but hes the one supporting us both , and his family too ... I finished college three years ago but I'm still jobless .... I was diagnosed with PID yesterday , and I'm scared now ,, if I do remove this baby and I cant conceive later in future ? I'm so confused .... should I keep this baby or not ? 😭😓😩
