Wanting some advice if it’s available. Has anybody had eczema on there face as a child and now have fine lines and deep wrinkles when the eczema has cleared up?

As a child I had quite bad eczema around my mouth area and now my eczema is basically non existent around my mouth but it has caused fine lines and quite deep wrinkles on my skin between my nose and my upper lip. I am 19 years old and wondering has anybody had this issue and fixed it? For years I have used oils /creams everything

Really to minimise the fine lines but haven’t seen any difference to be honest.

I have now became to think about having laser resurfacing / dermabrasion / or a clinical grade chemical peel

Has anybody used any of them for wrinkles and seen a big difference?
