Odd pain after peeing

A couple minutes ago, I woke up and had a huge urge to pee. I went to the restroom, peed while hovering above the toilet & then left. After, I got this weird burning sensation on my bladder area which then became pain & is now barely easing up. It’s the first time I’ve had it. I know a little bit about Uti’s & im unsure if it could be this. I didn’t have pain WHILE peeing, it was after. There’s no blood, my urine was somewhat clear (I drank a lot of water yesterday). I’m sure it smelled like normal urine, I didn’t stop to see & my vagina feels normal except for the pain in my bladder which has now decreased. It it a Uti? Or what can it be? Yesterday I did feel like I was frequently going to the rr but I assumed it was because I drank a lot of water.

My period is in 4 days, if that by any chance affects something
