Confused

I got an appointment with my OBGYN and I told her that I had gotten a few positives before they all went negative.

I hadn't started my period yet.

Well she did an ultrasound and she said that it looked like I was having a very early miscarriage because things were not progressing like they are supposed to and that I should start bleeding later that day.

So I went to the store and bought pads.

Well my period was supposed to start on the 18th. Now I'm 3 days late 🤷🏼‍♀️ and I’m not cramping or anything like I normally do.

Could I still be pregnant?
