Progressing?

So I had my IUD out 3/13, I started testing that night and had period like bleeding starting the 14th until the 18th. ( I assumed it was my period as I was supposed to start that coming Friday)

3/19 I used the CB digital and got a peak. But my strip said opk strips said negative? Would it be possible to literally ovulate the day after I ended my period??? My calander says I'm supposed to my ovulation as of today until next Tuesday. Do you see any progress in many strips? I'm worried I missed the peak of it was the CB test 😔
