When do you plan to or did you announce your pregnancy?

I’m still thinking on how to announce our pregnancy 
Or 
I’m waiting for others to notice the bump (my bump will be the announcement)

We told our parents last week, a few days before 12 weeks. And we announced today to the rest of our family and friends at 13+4

We have a 6yo daughter and in 2017 had two miscarriages (one that she knew about) I will be 13 weeks this weekend but we are still holding off a little just to be cautious. We know even once we share nothing is promised, but we may wait till after the 15 week appointment. I am a little bloated but not showing in a way that looks like a bump, and it is still cold enough in the Midwest to get away with winter layers for a little while and hide it. 😊
