6days late tiny bleed like spotting

My period is 6 days late no sign of af at all no positive urine test or blood test I don’t know what’s wrong with me

I’m never like this need to urinate a lot more

Been constipated

Boobs are sore on n off head aches

Tiny bits of cramp every now n then

Nauseous every now n then I really don’t think af is coming at all but got no answers I’m terrified now

UPDATE 12.30pm

I’m now having extremely light bleeding probably spotting as was on tampon literally probs filled a teaspoon probably not even that

After putting a pad on no blood has appeared since about 2.30pm it’s now 10.45pm no bleeding still AF is normally on time every time heavy with cramps n painful ones
