Lactating 👀 , and Negative test!

So my period was supposed to come on , on feb 25th. As of today I still have no period and a crap load of symptoms. But today as I was getting In the shower. I seen something wet on my nips (TMI) and when I squeezed alil milk came out. Now I have not breastfed since June of last year and all my milk dried up the month after. So what’s this? Early pregnancy sign even with negative test?
