I take the combination pill as my birth control, but I missed one day and doubled up. First time I've ever done this. Since I doubled up I've been having lots of stomach problems but I think they could be from a stomach bug that's going around too. What scares me is I've had spotting on and off since then (about a week, usually brown but once red). I'm in the middle of my cycle, and I've never spotted like this.

That day when I missed it my bf and I had sex without a condom, he pulled out way before ejaculating but of course I'm still worried. Anyone know if this spotting is normal? Or is it a sign I could be pregnant?
