How long is too long?
This is my first cycle using my cup. I'm on the last 2 days of my period, which are always just a little spotting. Not really enough to make it worth it to empty my cup every 12 hours, considering it still takes me 20+ minutes to remove, empty, and put back in my cup. How long can you safely leave it in between emptying?
