Should my boyfriend have a say in me getting the IUD, ring etc? He refuses to buy condoms and I’m not on the pill anymore.

It's your body and you should get to decide what you do with it, there's no harm in discussing it with him but ultimately it's down to you. also if he doesn't want a kid then he should pull himself together and buy the condoms, contraception isn't just down to the woman

You have the rights to your own body. If you are not practicing safe sex and do not want a baby then you have to take control of your self. That is you being an adult and not a girl. You are not ignorant, you are not uneducated, you get to decide foe yourself what you want for you.

You're in a partnership and your sex life is shared by both of you. He absolutely does deserve a say in the contraception used. 
IUDs have been reported to be felt by the guy, some men have even had injuries due to IUD strings.
