Concentration and staying awake tips?
I have a lot of university work due in the coming weeks, including my dissertation.
Basically I’m going to need to get up super early and stay up late until the deadline as I have managed my time pretty poorly til now due to other circumstances. Currently I struggle to stay awake if I get up too early or stay up too late, like my eyes physically can’t stay open even after a few red bulls (I’ve always had bad fatigue).
I wouldn’t normally ask for tips on pushing myself to the extreme but since it’s just for two weeks and very necessary to push through to gain my degree...
But does anyone have some tips or suggestions to stay awake longer
and/or concentrate? Certain foods or supplements or anything?
