Has anyone has heart burn / side pain / back pain at 4/5 DPO? I feel like thats to early to be having symptoms?

It’s to early. Implantation is 6-12 dpo.

Implanyationhasnt even occurred at that point. That doesn’t mean you aren’t pregnant, but the symptoms wouldn’t be from pregnancy.
