Going early?

Question

I have this feeling that I'm going to go early with this pregnancy maybe 5 more weeks I'm currently 29 weeks and I was just wondering if anybody else had a feeling that they were going to go early and it was right. I knew I was going to go late with my first one and I did. I'm just hoping that I go early with this one that way I don't have to be induced again.

I'm due August 31 St and I know deep down she's coming sooner. I have a short cervix and I'm just trying to make it to 34 weeks ...  I keep telling her to stay in there !

I have the same feeling, even though it's more rare with your first. I'm currently 30w4d and I'm only 5'1, very shortwaisted, I just can't imagine him getting very big in there bc there's not a lot of room! We'll see! I want to make it to 38 weeks then whenever he's ready!

I'm high risk as well, and think I may have to go early. I just want her to hold off until at least 37 weeks! I have GD and thyroid issues.

I thought I'd be early @ 36 weeks, but now I'm not so sure. I'm telling her all the time to stay in there for as long as possible since she's measuring on the small side. I'm ok with anything after 37. I really really really want her to stay in at least until then.

The reason I was asking is because before I went in for my first ultrasound according to my last period I would be due on August 16th and even when I went in for my big ultrasound (the one where they measure baby and see how big baby is and how much fluid is there) I was measuring a couple weeks ahead and they said that they were still going with my due date that was August 28th. Even though the baby was measuring ahead. And at my last appointment my doctor said that she was going to be a small baby. I don't even know what to think anymore. I'm just ready for her to be here. But whenever she decides to make her appearance whether it's early or late I will love her no matter what.

My OB said I won't make it to my due date. I had a 4.5hr labor with my 1st and she told me she don't think my labor will be that long this time and she almost 100% sure I won't be able to get an epidural which I'm ok with cuz I would like to go natural this time since it didn't work but for an hour last time.

I have a feeling I'm going to go early as well and so do my Drs. My daughter (my first pregnancy) was born at 35 weeks. I had 2 miscarriages last year before I got pregnant with my son (this pregnancy). I have been on progesterone injections weekly but still my Drs are hoping I make it to at least 37 weeks. I am now 32 weeks. Baby is due August 10th but maybe he'll make his debut sooner as much as my husband wants him to be born in August so he can be an August baby like him.
