My RE told me that sometimes when you get your labs done, especially for AMH, there are often handling issues with the assay. I had my AMH taken in Feb at an outside lab (well known in my area called PAMF) and it came back 0.56 ng/ml. My RE wanted to retake it since I am 32 and should have a higher value and we weren't getting pregnant, just to be sure. Turns out my AMH is 1.99 ng/ml after the second test done through the fertility clinic. Their labs are highly specialized and they know how to properly handle the tricky AMH assay (much more sensitive in prep and testing than other draws).

I would recommend a second opinion on your labs for anyone who is not happy with settling and feeling hopeless. You have got to give it all you have.
