My 8 year old yorkie has been having nose bleeds off and on since September 2017. They kept ruling it out as high blood pressure. Today we had a CT done of her head and the vet told me he’s almost positive it’s cancer ... i don’t even know what to do. He just kept talking about how it’s inoperable, and radiation can be done but itd be out of state & extremely costly & even if we did that, it would maybe only extend her time left by maybe a year. I’m devastated. I sincerely pray so hard he’s wrong. I really hope pathology comes back negative for cancer and the radiologist thinks it’s something else . She is my baby... i love her so much. But i also don’t want her to suffer. She has so much life in her and personality. I can’t euthanize with the quality of life she has right now. I SERIOUSLY hope he is wrong. I’ve never wanted someone to be wrong about their job more than today.
