Could it be a false positive

Hi, I took a pregnancy test sunday 14.06 and it was positive, but Im having all this Period cramps and I am scared that it could be a false positive. I had a miscarriage 1 year ago at 2 months pregnant with twins and I have PCOS and now I am terryfied it could end in a miscarriage or not being pregnant at all
