Any advice on increased acne?

I’m not completely complaining because I know it’s just being caused by all the prigestrone and right now, that’s awesome. BUT I have some bad acne on my cheeks and near my mouth. Usually just using the acne line from R&F; works but it’s not cutting it now. Any tips on naturally drying out hormonal acne or better make up to cover it with would be awesome!

I’ve always broken out pretty bad. I just started using apple cider vinegar again on my face. One cup of that and 2 cups of water to dilute it. I keep it in a Tupperware bowl and dip a cotton round in it then put it all over my face in the morning. Let it dry and moisturize after. It smells so be prepared, but if you’re consistent it works! Took about a week for majority of my face to clear
