My period is almost 2 months late but I know my not pregnant because I’m a virgin. What does this mean.

you can have a delayed period for a number of reasons. if you're still a teenager, you still could just be having irregular periods. stress is also something that can affect your cycle ! don't worry about it girl! but if you really are concerned or if you have any pain/cramps, see your doctor to be safe :)
