Help! BBT all over the place
Up and down, up and down....
During my “fertile week” I had no EWCM, just creamy white discharge and no other signs that I usually get during ovulation.
This is from period tracker. It says I ovulated yesterday but still, no EWCM, no tender breasts..
I don’t know if I have a progesterone problem or something.. I’m taking Vitex everyday in hopes to regulate my cycles. Maybe this is just an anovulatory cycle. Ugh 😒
Anyone else had this problem? What was your experience?
