So had been having terrible nausea and fatigue (very different from my first pregnancy!). Dr sent me for multiple bloodwork over a period of a few days, as well as a series of 3 ultrasounds. Had an appointment for tomorrow, but her office called me yesterday wanting to see me urgently.

Turns out, we are having TWINS!!! I’m still only 6 weeks, but HCG levels are through the roof and ultrasound found two beautifully growing and measuring well babies in two gestational sacs!!!

Beyond excited!!
