Am I crazy? I've already fired one bridesmaid because she wasn't going to be apart of any of the activities before the wedding (bachelorette party, rehearsal etc.). Now two more of my bridesmaids are not attending the party/rehearsal...is it mean to just say hey if you're not going to be apart of the activities I don't want you as my bridesmaids? I regret asking them at this point. They just don't seem to care/put in the effort to make sure they're there. So over it/them🙄
