Spectra S1 or S2?

So, my insurance is going to fully cover the S2 but I'll have to pay $95 for the S1. I like the idea of battery back up but is it worth it? I will be working full time once the baby is 12 weeks old. I work in a school so I'll have 2 fifteen minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. There are a couple of rooms I should be able to pump in. Just want to see if there are times I'd need the battery that I'm not thinking of. Thanks ladies!!

I decided on the S2. The only time I ever need to pump when I’m not by an outlet is in my car, and I just bought the AC adapter on Amazon ($9 I think). I didn’t feel like the extra $$ was worth it!

I would go with S2. My mom is a registered lactation consultant- they are the best rated and hospital grade. You will get a better milk output with the S2 as it’s stronger. I think you can buy a battery pack separately if you ever need to pump in the car, but it sounds like at work you should have an outlet to plug up. I’m getting S2

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the S2. That’s what I’m going to get. I haven’t heard anything about the S1.

I upgraded to the S1 just to have the versatility of the battery so I don't have to be plugged in at all times. You never know when there won't be an outlet near by.
