What could it be

My period came on exactly when it was suppose to(Monday) however, it wasn’t as heavy as it usually is and after 2 days i stopped bleeding. My pad was completely clean. Today is day 4, still no bleeding but i did some some browish reddish residue after wiping when i used the restroom. This has never happen before. Haven’t really had any symptoms but i have been really tired this week but i just got back in town from a vacation so i figured i was recovering from that. Has anyone experienced this?
