4 Weeks and Cramping
I know it’s normal however this is my first ever pregnancy so I don’t have anything else to compare them too.
They’re a bit stronger than period cramps. If I stand up too quickly I’ll start to cramp a bit and they’re usually in my left side and then move to the right very slowly (which hurts) but they only last a few minutes at a time. Let me clear though they aren’t unbearable, just a little scary for a first-timer like me. I’m not bleeding or anything, so that’s a huge comfort to me.
To be honest they freak me out because I have a huge fear that something is going to happen and I’ll miscarry.
I’m not sure when I’ll be able to go to a clinic and get an ultrasound done to make sure everything’s okay because my husband and I don’t have health insurance right now. Plus, I know they usually make you wait a while before because most of the time you won’t be able to see anything yet on the ultrasound.
Anywho, my question is, is there anything I can take or ease the pain of the cramps?
Also, does anyone have any advice for finding health insurance?
Here’s a bit of info for the insurance part:
- I currently don’t have a job
- We rely completely on my husbands paycheck (and barely make it as it is)
- And we live in California
Sorry, if I sound like a crazy person, I’m just worried about my baby.
