hi, I'm 5"4 and 180lbs, 33 years old. I'm trying to lose the last of my baby weight...I'm wondering what my goal weight should be? I think the BBM weight is unrealistic for me because I am curvy, naturally and even at my thinest I weighed more than my BBM guide... and was a size 4 right now I'm a size 10-12 and 14 in jeans. typically I wear a size medium in tops, but I'm struggling to get rid of my mommy tummy. I have been eating fairly well and am starting back up at the gym. Any tips? and for my size, what would be a good goal for me?
