Best glittery eyeshadow?

What are your guys suggestions on glittery eyeshadow? I’ve tried some before that were just gross and clumpy. 
Would be nice if it was relatively cheap but I am willing to splurge for something that’s 10/10 quality 🤩💛

the best one i have used is this!! apply to your eye and once it's dry do not try to blend because it will crumble off

have you tried maybe using cosmetic glitter and using a glitter primer to apply? nyx has some super affordable ones
