Sudden irregular periods

I have always had a normal cycle, 30 days give or take a day. I’m 27 and hubs is 28. We started ttc in July for our first and ever since then my period has been irregular. January and February I only spotted light brown for 4 days and that was it. I haven’t had a normal period since December. From my research it sounds like I have an estrogen dominance. I went to the gyno last week and he said it sounds like my testosterone is too High and he tested prolactin, androgen, and A1C. He said everything was normal. So I went in on day 21 of my “cycle” for a progesterone test which I was told was low indicating I haven’t ovulated. I now have another appointment but it’s 3 weeks away and I have no idea what the next step is.

I’m looking for any advice or similar stories please! I am so exhausted and disappointed from all of this I just feel so defeated and helpless. At this point I would be thrilled to just get a normal period so I can feel “normal” again 😭
