5 weeks 4 days symptoms anyone?

Been having lots of bloating, gas, peeing all the time, exhausted! and most recently the past couple nights I’ve been having some pretty vivid dreams. I wake up with an empty feeling in my stomach but my appetite is not that great even though I’m eating.

All seem normal except this afternoon I’ve been having sharp pain in my upper abdomen like under both ribs :-( the pain is super uncomfortable and not going away could it just be gas?

Should I see a doctor?
